"Adapting Leadership Strategies, Even When You're Social Distancing"

Hosted by the Arizona Crime Prevention Association, Inc. with Guest Speaker Nicole Lance, former Assistant City Manager of Surprise and Town of Gilbert, and Co-Founder and Leader of Arizona Women Leading Government.

Additional information on the speaker:

As professionals dedicated to the well-being of your communities, you are hardwired to serve. Current challenges of a pandemic, social distancing, isolation, and lockdowns have fear running rampant in our communities and in our own organizations. You are literally writing the page in the Emergency Operations Plan on how to respond to something your community has never experienced. People look to their government agencies for help, and you need to muster every resource possible to be able to meet those needs. This requires thinking differently and leading differently. The Arizona Crime Prevention Association is hosting this 3-part webinar series on how to adapt leadership strategies in this time of social distancing. We’ll be talking about how we stay connected with our teams, how we maintain strong executive presence when stressors are exacerbated, and how to be creative and innovative with what we CAN do even when we can’t convene in our community.

Webinar will be broadcast on:
  • Part 3-Tuesday, April 14 from 10:00-11:00am Arizona Time.
All sessions will include Q&A components so we can discuss your specific issues and concerns, and each session will be recorded and distributed for replay in the event you are unable to tune in at the specific time.

Part 3-Registration is limited. Register here for the Third webinar on 4/14/2020 at 10 am AZ time.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
